Kim Kardashian lightened her dark mane after months of testing out wigs.
The newly single reality star debuted her lighter locks when she attended Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, Calif.
“This time it’s for real, guys! I went blonde!!!” the 28-year-old wrote on her blog. “I am really loving it!”
Kardashian’s new ‘do comes after months of testing different hairstyles and colors with the help of some hairpieces.
She first rocked a long blonde wig for Scott Barnes’ book “About Face” in April, then tried out a brunette bob for a magazine photo shoot in June.
“I had been considering it ever since I wore that blonde wig, and I just decided to go for it!!” she said. “My hairstylist, Clyde Haygood, orchestrated the whole thing, and Rebecca from Goodform salon dyed it!”
